The day should begin with prayer/meditation for 10-15 minutes... Take 5-10 deep diaphragmatic breaths inhaling through your nose 5-10 seconds and exhaling through your mouth 5-10 seconds using your abdominal muscles, letting them rise as you inhale and crunching them in as you exhale. Exercise at least 30 minutes: walk, run, jog, bike, swim (find your bliss) and do one or a mix of these 6 days per week.
